Our Principal Plus Lift Care option is ideal for residential and commercial property owners that are looking for a cost-effective maintenance solution with the peace of mind of breakdown cover.

The Principal Plus Lift Care lift maintenance service contract cover includes the monitoring of your lift emergency alarm*and in the case of entrapment, our emergency response team will attend 24/7.

Similar to the Principal Lift Care maintenance contract, the expert team of professional lift engineers at Elevators Ltd will be able to rectify any minor issues, to save them from becoming expensive problems later, keeping your lifts running smoothly for years to come. Programmed maintenance visits will minimise the risk of equipment failure and prevention of premature component wear. Included within the cover are regular function checks, inspection, cleaning, adjustment, and lubrication of the equipment and any minor repairs that are possible to undertake during the visit. Upon completion of each visit, we will forward a report listing any recommendations. In addition to the above, the Principal Plus Lift Care Package offers a limited amount of breakdown call-outs. Any parts will be at an additional cost.
